Conscious breathing heightens awareness and deepens relaxation

– Dan Brule

Breathing is the most fundamental physiological function that our body has.
Main purpose of breathing is exchange of gases – to intake oxygen for metabolism, and to remove biproduct carbon dioxide.
Oxygen (together with glucose) is the main fuel that our brain uses for proper functioning. This is why we have chosen to include breathing exercises in our portfolio/app. With different breathing exercises we have managed to find different results, our main goal is to improve your focus.

We offer you two main breathing goals: Relaxation & Energy boost.
Relaxation breathing exercises are best used before a stressful event i.e. important meeting, an event on a stage, before presentations etc. Energy boosting breathing exercises are best used when you feel low on energy for any particular  reason.

Breathe in and out through your nose.
If it`s hard to breathe through nose, you can breathe through your mouth or mix it, but we recommend nose breathing.
