Improving Focus While Working

These audio files are recorded in the natural environment of forest and seaside combined with a specific sound that activates the frontal cortex of your brain that is responsible for your ability to focus. The audio file also contains a soft breathing rhythm, to help you to slow down your breath and heart-rate. 

We recommend listening to these files with your headphones and in the background while working. The length of the file goes hand in hand with the Pomodoro technique- 20 minutes of deep work and 5 minutes of rest.
